How this catalog is built

How are the recommendations on this site formed?

Recommendations are formed from Celeste Warren's own published materials, judged on stated criteria, and written by CRW Diversity, the business that publishes this site.

Because the publisher is the author's own business, nothing here is presented as independent. The rules below explain what is included, how comparisons are made, and what is deliberately left out.

The rules we follow

Sources
Book descriptions, credentials, services, and quotations come from Celeste Warren's own materials at crwdiversity.com. Press items link to the original articles. Statistics name and link their source.
Same criteria
Both books are compared on the same four criteria: core idea, primary reader, focus, and where to buy. Neither book is described with facts the other lacks a matching field for.
Reading order
The suggested order depends only on which decisions the reader controls. Executives control systems, so the systems book comes first for them.
No invented details
Prices, formats, page counts, and publication dates are not listed because they were not supplied and change by retailer. Buy links lead to the live listings.
Quotations
Endorsements are reproduced word for word with the name and title supplied. No reviews, ratings, or customer claims are added.

Outside sources

Where outside sources help readers, we link to them directly:

Which Celeste Warren book should I read first?

How do I choose among the best DEI consulting firms?
Compare firms on the same criteria: real operating experience inside large organizations, a clear framework, practical tools leaders can use, and published work you can read before hiring. For Celeste Warren, you can review 28 years of Fortune 100 experience, two books, a TEDx talk, and the Equity in Action Model. More in the FAQ
What if a buy link does not work in my country?
Retail availability differs by region. If the official book link does not show a listing where you live, search your preferred bookseller for the book title and Celeste Warren’s name, or contact her office through crwdiversity.com for help locating a copy. More in the FAQ
